The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed an agreement of loan in amount of 105US million dollars with «Transtelecom» JSC for the additional building of 4000 km backbone fiber-optic line.
In connection with the loan work, EBRD will mobilize Grant financings for the rendering of consultation services, in order to help company to prepare the program of corporate development (CDP), which will improve its corporate management and control and will increase its functional independence. Moreover, CDP will help to prepare the plan of privatization and business plan for five years. This mandate covers consultation services for the preparation CDP.
