An organizer of festival of languages was Our company – “Transtelecom” JSC. The representatives of five companies advanced their teams: “Altel” JSC, “Arna” JSC, “Kazakh Telecom” JSC, “Transtelecom” JSC, “Mobile Telecom-Service” LLP. 
The purpose of festival is a propaganda of official language among the representatives of non kazakh nationality, and also for purposes of introduction of official language into the documentation management in telecommunications sphere, in oder to show the results of works in this sphere.
Our team in all levels of competition adhered established regulations. As a result “Transtelecom” JSC in the team competition was appropriated 1st prize place. As noted the judges in the competition team of “Transtelecom” JSC represented only Russian speaking workers: 
• Agibalova Ludmila Anatolevna - telephonist Saghyz station of “Atyrautranstelecom” branch;
• Sherbinin Ilya Sergeyevich - electrician of “Atyrautranstelecom” branch; 
• Kiva Elena Nikolaevna - telegraphist Ural station of “Aktobetranstelecom” branch;
• Korotkov Ivan Anatolevich - driver of “Zhambyltranstelecom” branch; 
• Tylets Andrey Vladimirovich – electrician Akadyr station of “Karagandatranstelecom” branch; 
• Evgeny Tolmacheva Vitalevna - engineer Dostyk station of “Almatytranstelekom” branch; 
• Grishanova Tatiana Vladimirovna - telephonist of “Almatytranstelecom” branch;
• Vichikova Anna Nikolaevna - technical engineer of “Almatytranstelecom” branch; 
• Shanina Tatiana Evgenevna - Chief specialist of group of services and advertisement - of “Almatytranstelecom” branch; 
In musical numbers participated: 
• Abdibaeva Aliya Abdichafikhovna – leading specialist of group of services and advertisement - of “Almatytranstelecom” branch; 
• Kaliakparov Galymzhan Shakenovich - Cableman in Akadyr station of “Karagandatranstelecom” branch that carried out his own song dedicated to company. 

In the indidvidual competition for the best knowledge of telecommunications terms, words and word combinations on the documentation management in sphere of communication and formulation of documents in official language from our team took part Kiva Elena, Korotkov Ivan and Tolmacheva Evgeniya. Kiva Elena occupied the third prize place. Korotkov Ivan and Tolmacheva Eugeniya were noted by encouraging prizes, and also prizes and certificates of International newspaper “Kazakhstan - Zaman” LLP, which entrusted the Chief editor of newspaper Akhmet Alyaz.
